At Large Breed Lifestyles, we know you're eager to get the best products for your gentle giants, so we do our best to get your orders to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
We know your pups are excited, so we hustle! All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Keep in mind, weekends and holidays are when our paws rest, so we don’t ship or deliver on those days. If we’re fetching a lot of orders at once (especially during busy seasons), it might take us an extra day or two to send your order on its way. But don’t worry — your order is our priority!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, making it easy for you to see the details before you complete your purchase. While we always aim for speedy delivery, occasional delays can happen, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted. We partner with trusted couriers like USPS and FedEx to get your order to you safe and sound.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You won’t be left in the dark! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. That way, you can follow your package every step of the way — it usually takes 24 hours for tracking to go live, so stay tuned.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If we ever start shipping internationally, we want you to be prepared: any customs fees or taxes would be your responsibility. While we don’t cover those costs, we’ll make sure to get your package to you as smoothly as possible. For now, though, we only ship within the United States.
Damages
We pack each item with care, but if your order shows up looking like it got into a tug-of-war before it even reached your door, let us know. While Large Breed Lifestyles isn’t responsible for damages or lost items in transit, we’ll guide you on how to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Make sure to hang onto all packaging and the damaged product for the claim.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, Large Breed Lifestyles does not offer international shipping. However, if we expand in the future, international shipments may come with additional costs, such as customs fees and taxes, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
